Tip #1 - Make sure all movements are done slow and controlled. Momentum will prevent your muscles from getting the full benefit of the exercise.
Tip #2 - Pause at the top of each movement. Temporarily stoping will force maximal contraction and provide the best results.
Tip #3 - Consistency. Make sure to train your core 2-3x per week for best results.
