Doesn't fit or look different than expected? Returns are easy with Jed North! Submit a return request, and our representative will get in touch with you within 24–48 hours after reviewing the request (processing times are subject to delay during post-sale periods. Your patience is appreciated).
We offer (1) free prepaid label on your first return/ exchange with us on eligible items upon request approval. Subsequent returns, or if returning items from an exchange order, the customer will be responsible for additional return fees.
Prepaid labels expire within 10 days - if you are issued a prepaid label, please ship your items back within this timeframe. If this cannot be done, please contact our team so we can hold on your label. Renewing expired prepaid labels will be an added expense of $8 to the customer.
Resolution (refund, store credit or exchange order) will be issued once our warehouse receives and processes the returned item/items.
Please allow 5-7 business days upon delivery for the return package to be processed and to issue the refund.
For damaged or defective items, or order mistakes made by our shipping department, we will replace the item or provide a full refund within 14 days of delivery ONLY. Photo submission is required.
We can modify or cancel the order for you if it has not yet shipped. Once it has shipped, we will not be able to modify or cancel the order. Please refer to our return and exchange policy above once your package arrives.
Orders cannot be returned after 30 days.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS (OUTSIDE OF US + CA)

The customer is responsible for return shipping charges. Jed North does not cover international return shipping costs.
At this time, international orders are not eligible for exchange.
Please allow 3–4 business days after the return package is received at our Canadian office for review and refund issuance.

Important Notice for buyers outside of North America
All packages are sent from our US warehouse.
JedNorth.com is not responsible for duties and customs charges incurred on your package. The total amount paid does not include any duties or customs charges required to clear customs.
Duties and customs charges vary from country to country, and it is the buyer's responsibility to understand the applicable fees and charges from their local customs authority.
If the package is rejected by the buyer due to duties or customs charges, the buyer will be responsible for the shipping and return postage in order to receive a refund.
If the buyer chooses not to accept the package and abandons it, a refund will not be provided.

Restock Fee
Large returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee on all returnable items within 30 days of the purchase date (returns equal to $300 USD or more, or 20 pieces of individual items).
