How long does it take for you to ship the package out after I placed an order?

It usually takes 24 to 48 hours for our fulfillment team to process your order and ship it out, usually originates from USPS in Niagara Falls, NY or Ontario Canada. (we are closed on weekends and holidays).


How to track my package? 

After your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notifying you your order is on its way. Click on "View your order", you will be directed to the order detail page. To track your order, simply click on the tracking number on the order detail page.


Tracking shows delivered, but there is no package in my mailbox?

Often times, carriers will mark the shipment delivered when it's still on its way to the destination. If you receive a notification saying your package is delivered today, but the package is not found, please allow 2 to 3 more business days.


How do I change my shipping address or sizes now that my order is placed?

If your order has not been fulfilled and shipped, we will be able to make this change for you. Please submit a request at & put "Urgent" in the title of your email along with your order number. We can't guarantee this can be done - sometimes our shipping team is just too fast :) 


How much does shipping cost and how long does the delivery take?

Standard shipping (3-5 Business Days) to US via USPS is $6.00
Express shipping to US via DHL starts at approx. $25.95

What currency is charged for my order and why?

By default, all orders are processed in USD. 

 *** If you are viewing this page from outside the US/ Canada you have been re-directed based on your location (IP address) to a global site. The global sites offer local currency and payment options unique to your location.  


Where do I enter a discount code, coupon code or gift card?

After you have added all items to your cart, click on check out and see the section for discount code/gift card code.


Can I use 2 discount codes at the same time?

Wonly accept one discount code per transaction.


What items are not eligible for return or exchange?

All clearance sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.
Personal items such as underwear, boxer, socks, etc are not eligible for return.

If the item is defective, we will replace it or provide a full refund. We do not accept return or exchanges for personal items such as socks and underwear for hygienic reasons.

3. Start earning points today!


How do I use Jed North rewards points?
In your rewards account (click the black JN logo on the bottom left) select "spend points" on the right of your screen under your point total.

Redeem the amount of points you'd like for the discount code.

Use that code at check-out in the same area as other discount codes. You will also see a 'Points Bar' at checkout where you can redeem your points directly.
