Refund policy

We offer a 30-day return for refund only.

(clearance and sale items excluded)

  • Items must be sent back within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Items must be unworn and be free of stains, makeup, deodorant, pet hair. (ideally with the original clear resealable product bag)
  • Personal items such as underwear, socks, and bodysuits are FINAL SALE for hygienic reasons. 
  • Sale items ( prices marked down ) are FINAL SALE.
  • US customers: Please allow 5-7 business days after your item(s) are delivered to our US mailing address.
  • Please allow 24-48 hours for a representative to review your request. 

 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS (DUTIES AND TAXES NOT INCLUDED)

Standard Service: it could take from 4 to 8 weeks depending on the destination (prices vary) It also depends on the time the local customs takes to clear the package. If your local customs takes longer, your package will take longer to arrive.

Expedited Service: 2 - 5 business days (prices vary)

IMPORTANT NOTICE FOR BUYERS OUTSIDE OF NORTH AMERICA

All packages are sent from our North American warehouse.

Jednorth.com is NOT responsible for the duties and customs charges incurred on your package. The total amount of payment does not include any duties and customs charges to clear your custom. Duties and Customs charges vary from country to country and it is the buyer's responsibility to understand the fees and charges from your custom. If the package is rejected by the buyer because of the duties and customs charges, the buyer will be responsible for the shipping and return postage to receive a refund. If the buyer chooses to refuse and abandon the order, a refund will not be provided.

Please be aware that Jed North is not responsible for lost or stolen packages/ missing items from the use of mail forwarding services. Shipping to the mail forwarding company is the only available tracking we can provide.
