Items must be sent back within 30 days of the delivery date.

Items must be unworn and be free of stains, makeup, deodorant, pet hair. (ideally with the original clear resealable product bag)

Personal items such as gym accessories, underwear, boxer, and socks are FINAL SALE for hygienic reasons. 

Sale items (prices marked down) are FINAL SALE.

US customers: Please allow 5-7 business days after your item(s) are delivered to our US mailing address.

USA RETURN INFO

Doesn't fit or look different than expected? Returns are easy with Jed North! Simply submit a return request, and our representative will get in touch with you within 24–48 hours after reviewing the request.

If using our return labels, we offer (1) free return/exchange per order on eligible items.

For returns: For any reason you are not happy with the items you purchased, we can provide a return label (US ONLY) after a return request has been submitted and reviewed.

A refund/store credit will be issued once our Canadian office receives the returned item(s).

Please note that US returns are sent to our US mailing address to be forwarded to our Canadian office.

Please allow 5–7 business days for the return package to be processed and the refund issued.

For damaged or defective items, or order mistakes made by our shipping department, we will replace the item or provide a full refund. Photo submission is required.

We can modify or cancel the order for you if it has not yet shipped. Once it has shipped, we will not be able to modify or cancel the order. Please refer to our return and exchange policy above once your package arrives.

Orders cannot be returned after 30 days.

The buyer is responsible for return shipping charges. Jed North does not cover international return shipping costs.

Please allow 3–4 business days after the return package is received at our Canadian office for review and refund issuance.

Important Notice for buyers outside of North America

All packages are sent from our Canadian warehouse.

JedNorth.com is not responsible for duties and customs charges incurred on your package. The total amount paid does not include any duties or customs charges required to clear customs.

Duties and customs charges vary from country to country, and it is the buyer's responsibility to understand the applicable fees and charges from their local customs authority.

If the package is rejected by the buyer due to duties or customs charges, the buyer will be responsible for the shipping and return postage in order to receive a refund.

If the buyer chooses not to accept the package and abandons it, a refund will not be provided.

 Restock Fee

Large returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee on all returnable items within 30 days of the purchase date (returns equal to $300 USD or more, or 20 pieces of individual items).
