US Orders

Doesn't fit or looks different than expected? Return or exchange is easy with Jed North. Simply submit a return and exchange request, our representative will get in touch with you within 24 hours and send you the return shipping label (US only). 

For exchange:

For sizing-issue related exchanges, we will provide return shipping labels and ship out the exchanged item/items free of charge. Free exchange only applies to the first exchange. No exchange will be accepted after the first exchange is complete. 

For return: 

Initial shipping fee is non-refundable. Return shipping cost is deductible from the total refundable amount. Once the returned items are inspected to be in their original condition, a refund will be issued minus the cost of the return shipping label. If free shipping (orders over $50) was applied for initial shipping, the cost for initial shipping may also be deducted from the refund amount. Please feel free to contact us for clarification. 

A refund will be issued once our warehouse receives the returned item/items. Please note that returned clothes and accessories must be in new, unworn condition without any scuffs, scratches, stains, tears, or hair and with the original packaging or tag attached.

For damaged/defective items, we will replace it or provide a full refund. Photo submission is required. 

We can modify or cancel the order for you if it has not been shipped. Once it's shipped, we will not be able to modify or cancel the order for you. Please refer to our return and exchange policy above once your package arrives. 

Orders can't be returned or exchanged after 30 days. 

Canadian orders

Just simply fill out the request form with your order number, the item(s) you would like to exchange or return and the reason for exchange or return. Our customer service representative will process your request within 24 hours.

For return, buyer is responsible for return shipping charge and initial shipping charge. 

For damaged/defective items, we will replace it or provide a full refund. Photo submission is required. For sizing-issue related exchanges, buyer is responsible for sending the item/items back to us and we will ship out the the exchanged item/items. 

**Please note that all items have to be in their original condition when returning; otherwise, we reserve the right to refuse your return. If it's been washed, worn outside, etc, they are no longer returnable.**

Orders can't be returned or exchanged after 30 days. 

For all international orders (outside of US or Canada)

If the item is defective, we will replace it or provide a full refund. For exchange or any other reasons, the buyer is responsible for the postages to send the item back and to receive the replacement. Refund will be issued after the item has arrived at our warehouse. 

Personal items such as underwear, boxer, socks, etc

If the item is defective, we will replace it or provide a full refund. We do not accept return or exchange for personal items such as socks, underwear, boxers, etc due to the hygiene issue. 

All Sale items are final. No return or exchange.

Important Notice for buyers outside of North America

All packages are sent from our US and Canadian warehouse.

Jednorth.com is NOT responsible for the duties and customs charges incurred on your package. The total amount of payment does not include any duties and customs charges to clear your custom. Duties and Customs charges vary from country to country and it is the buyer's responsibility to understand the fees and charges from your custom. If the package is rejected by the buyer because of the duties and customs charges, the buyer will be responsible for the shipping and return postage to receive a refund. If the buyer chooses not to accept the package and abandon it, refund will not be provided.
