We offer a 30-day return for refund only.

(clearance and sale items excluded)

• Items must be sent back within 30 days of the delivery date.
• Items must be unworn and be free of stains, makeup, deodorant, pet hair. (ideally with the original clear resealable product bag)
• Personal items such as gym accessories, underwear, boxer, and socks are FINAL SALE for hygienic reasons. 
• Sale items ( prices marked down ) are FINAL SALE.
• US customers: Please allow 5-7 business days after your item(s) are delivered to our US mailing address.
• Please allow 24-48 hours for a representative to review your request.

Doesn't fit or looks different than expected? Returns are easy with Jed North! Simply submit a return request, our representative will get in touch with you within 24-48 hours after reviewing the request.

For return: 

For any reason you are not happy with the items you purchased, we can provide a return label ( US ONLY)  after a return request has been submitted and reviewed. 

A refund /store credit will be issued once our Canadian office receives the returned item/items. *** Please note that US returns are sent to our US mailing address to be forwarded to our Canadian Office. Please allow 5-7 business days for the return package to be processed and refund issued.

For damaged, defective items, or order mistakes done by our shipping dept. we will replace it or provide a full refund. Photo submission is required. 

We can modify or cancel the order for you if it has not been shipped. Once it's shipped, we will not be able to modify or cancel the order for you. Please refer to our return and exchange policy above once your package arrives.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS (OUTSIDE OF NORTH AMERICA)

The buyer is responsible for return shipping charge. Jed North does not cover international return shipping costs.

 Please allow 3-4 business days after the return package is received at our Canadian office for review and refund issued.

Important Notice for buyers outside of North America

All packages are sent from our Canadian warehouse.

Jednorth.com is NOT responsible for the duties and customs charges incurred on your package. The total amount of payment does not include any duties and customs charges to clear your custom. Duties and Customs charges vary from country to country and it is the buyer's responsibility to understand the fees and charges from your custom. If the package is rejected by the buyer because of the duties and customs charges, the buyer will be responsible for the shipping and return postage to receive a refund. If the buyer chooses not to accept the package and abandon it, a refund will not be provided.
