In the meantime, while we had hoped to cover the cost of tariffs and duties, shipping label limitations prevented us from doing so. To ensure transparency and avoid unexpected charges, we’ve added a mandatory consent at checkout acknowledging that customers will be responsible for paying taxes and duties upon receiving their package. Based on the latest information we have, we estimate that the new tariff fees incurred by the customer will be approximately 50-60% of the total order value vs, the previous 200%.
