We’re excited to share that we’re in the process of transitioning part of our fulfillment operations to Buffalo, NY! This move is a major step forward in our efforts to better serve our U.S. customers with faster, more efficient shipping and a smoother delivery experience.

This decision comes as we continue to navigate the challenges of global trade and tariffs. While we've implemented a tariff surcharge on U.S. orders to reflect these industry-wide pressures, our ultimate goal is to reduce the burden on our customers. Expanding our operations within the U.S. is part of that commitment.

We expect to be fully operational by the end of May. However, while we’re working hard to get our new warehouse up and running, temporary tariff surcharges will remain in place until the move is fully complete. We truly appreciate your patience and support as we make this important transition.
