Great for lifting in. Good quality. Unique design. I wear a size small in t shirts though purchased this in a medium as this is what I wear in sports bras. I'm glad I did. I find it fits me better without the pads. I wear a 32 DDD.

I love this shirt! It stays in place and is super moveable, I often I have a hard time with tighter shirts in my shoulders but the material is softer in the arms and more structured through the body. I am an A cup and this just fits, but if your cup size was any bigger I would suggest going up a size.
