New Year New Training Style
HIIT
Lots of fitness gurus preach that HIIT (high intensity interval training) is a great way to burn fat and tone your body. Proper HIIT training involved alternating short periods of intense anaerobic exercise with less intense recovery periods. The key is to go all out and hit your maximum exertion level to burn fat. Sessions should range from 10-20 minutes depending on your fitness level, but you should be drained and dripping by the end of it.
Bodyweight Training
Bodyweight training is an incredibly efficient workout style. Since there are no weights involved you are free to switch from one movement to the other. It’s a very versatile style of work out and can be done pretty much anywhere there’s space.
Functional Training
With this type of exercise you’re basically training the body for the activities performed in daily life. It involves the use of big, multi joint exercises that engage a wide selection of muscles, especially your core and deep back muscles. This also helps burn fat and tone your body because of the large amount of muscles being used at once.
